At Hometown Essence Candles, we make every effort to give our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We hope that our policies do just that. Read about them below, and be sure to contact our team with any questions.

We offer returns on any candle or wax melt that has not been burned or used. If for some reason you do not want a product once it has shown up, please email me for a return label.

Flat rate shipping.

Shipments in hotter Summer months usually go out on Mondays or Tuesdays to decrease the chance of getting stuck on a hot truck over a weekend or Holiday.
